Management

What each plan covers

Plans are month to month and bill on the 1st. Cancel anytime. Plan prices cover boats to 45 ft. 46–65 ft adds 25 percent. Over 65 ft is quoted.

Dock Watch

$149/mo

The baseline. I check the boat twice a month so small problems stay small.

  • Twice-monthly walk-through, aboard and dockside
  • Lines, fenders, bilge, batteries, shore power, covers
  • Photo report after every visit
  • Text alert the moment something is wrong

Clean & Watch

$349/mo

Everything in Dock Watch, plus the boat stays clean where Hawaiʻi is hardest on it.

  • Freshwater washdown every two weeks
  • Diver bottom clean every month
  • Anode check with every dive

Full Management

$749/mo

Everything in Clean & Watch, plus I run the boat and carry the owner's list.

  • Monthly engine start and systems run
  • Quarterly detail
  • Haulout and vendor coordination
  • Insurance-survey prep
  • Service log with photo reports

The skipper add-on

When the boat needs to move and you cannot be there, I run her. Deliveries between harbors, yard runs, a day on the water with the family while I handle the helm.

$275 half day · $525 full day

How a visit works

  1. 1I board on schedule — you do not need to be there.
  2. 2I work the same checklist every time, bow to stern.
  3. 3You get the photo report the same day. Anything urgent, you get a text first.

One-time jobs take a 50% deposit. Prices exclude Hawaii GET.
