Plans

Plans are month to month and bill on the 1st. Cancel anytime. There is no contract term and no cancellation fee.

One-time work

Detailing, restoration and repair jobs are quoted before work starts. One-time jobs take a 50% deposit. The balance is due on completion.

Taxes

Prices exclude Hawaii GET. GET is itemized on every invoice.

Estimates

Managed repair jobs begin only after you approve a written estimate. If the scope changes once the work is open, you approve the change before it proceeds.

Instruction

Boating sessions are on-water skills instruction taught by a USCG-licensed captain. They are not the State of Hawaiʻi boater education certificate, which owners complete online through a DLNR-approved course.

Access

For plan visits you authorize me to board your boat at its slip or mooring on the agreed schedule. Keys and codes are stored off the boat and never labeled with the boat's name or slip.
